TRIPINDI SHRADH VIDHI

Tripindi Shradha Puja is Pind daan. If anyone in the family from the last three generations has passed away in a very young age or old age, then those souls cause problems to us.

Tripindi Shradh is mainly pind daan. If someone in our family has passed away for the past three generations at a very young age or old age, their spirits create problems in our lives. If tripindi shradh rituals are not performed continuously for three years, then the dead suffer from it. Therefore, it is mainly done to calm them down. It is considered to be a very important ritual in Hinduism.  Tripindi means pinds are kept in this shradh ritual.

This shradh can be performed on any of the days of Panchami / Ashtami / Ekadashi / Trayodashi / Chaturdashi / Amavasya which falls on both the sides of any month (Krishna Paksha / Shukla Paksha). Some people think that this ritual is related to satisfying the spirits of the ancestors (parents, grandparents, and their parents) of the three generations. If any person has passed away and is not satisfied, such souls haunt their future generations. Such souls are sent to the eternal souls (supreme abode) by performing the ritual of "Tripindi Shradh" in Trimbakeshwar.

According to the ancient scripture Shradha Kamlakar, it is said that the shradh of the ancestors should be done twice a year. If it is not done for many years, the ancestors remain unhappy, which creates various problems for the next generations.

If shradh is not performed for the soul of the ancestors in Trimbakeshwar, the descendants may have to face many problems. The shradh ritual is traditionally performed to get rid of the use of the ghosts of evil, shakini, and dakini.
